All it takes to clean gold jewellery or jewellery with robust gems such as sapphire, rubies and diamonds is a soft toothbrush, warm, soapy water, a little ammonia solution and a few minutes of your time. Don't forget to treat the undersides, and to rinse each piece well with warm water before drying it with a towel.
